All of our High Fashion Jewelry is manufactured to endure the test of time.
Stringent quality control testing assures that each piece is certified to
carry at least ten times the industry standard in gold-electroplating.
Most of our products are made of a strong brass base. No cheap white metals,
pot metals or cheap base metals are used. These are then electroplated with
extra heavy 24K gold.
Our higher end items are vermeil (i.e. a solid sterling silver base with an
extra heavy gold electroplate). Your savings on these items are clearly 99%!
These designs feature genuine stones such as garnets, amethysts, blue topaz.
Sometimes 1st grade cubic zirconias (CZ’s), coloured CZ’s and laboratory
created gem stones are used as well. No glass or plastics are ever used.
With certain pin, brooches and earring designs, Austrian or Swarovsky crystals
are used.
Most of our products are NICKLE FREE. These designs come with a bright yellow
look. Some designs are electroplated with nickel and then 24K gold which allow
these designs to carry a high 14K luster.
All of our Sensitive Earrings are 24K gold over sterilized surgical stainless
steel. These earrings are Nickle Free and non allergenic.
Many of our designs would cost you tens of thousands, especially the rings,
chains
bracelets and brooches etc. that use cubic Zirconia’s and genuine stones. With

WEARING
TIPS
1. We recommend that your product be removed when you visit the hair dresser.
Note that certain styling products may have a residual effect. One may want to
avoid wearing jeweler if it will come in contact with hair within the same day
of visiting the hair dresser.
2. Apply perfume first and then put on your jeweler. This allows enough time
for the solvent in perfume to evaporate.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR
JEWELRY
All jeweler that is worn constantly tends to lose its brilliance. Whether man
made stones or genuine diamonds, gems need frequent cleaning to restore and
maintain their original luster and sparkle.
Use the following steps to clean your fashion jeweler:-.
1. Soak jeweler in a solution of warm water and regular dishwashing liquid.
2. Scrub jeweler gently with a soft toothbrush, taking care to get to the back of
the stones and between the links where dirt and grime may settle.
3. Rinse thoroughly under running water using soft toothbrush to remove excess
soap and other deposits.
4. Dry, using soft cloth or blow dryer.
5. Buff slightly, using jeweler’s polishing cloth. (Optional Step. Ask your Opnet
Distributor about polishing cloth).

HOW DOES THE GUARANTEE
WORK
Once there are clear signs that you are cleaning your jeweler your Lifetime
Replacement Guarantee works for you. A sure way of voiding your guarantee
would be to make a claim with a product that has obvious signs of grime, dirt
or molding on or in between the links of the product.

Wear OPNET Fashion Jewelery
The functional clause on the guarantee states “If your Fashion Jeweler has
been abused beyond “normal wearing conditions”, then it will not be covered by
this guarantee”. Normal wearing simply means that your product should show
clear signs that it has been cleaned frequently.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A
CLAIM
A shipping and handling charge is required when a claim is submitted. This charge is either
US $3 (TT$15) or US $6 (TT $30) depending on the value of the product. Products of a value of TT
$150 (US $30) and under require a TT $15 shipping charge. Products of a value of over
TT $150 require a shipping charge of TT $30. The product is then sent to the manufacturer and the manufacturer then sends an absolutely brand new piece of product back to you the customer completely free of charge. All claims should be submitted through your distributor.
HOW LONG DO
REPLACEMENTS TAKE?
Once the design is in stock at the OPNET main warehouse the replacement is
done immediately. If not we require that the claim be submitted in 3 weeks
time which is usually the length of time for any design to be restocked.
If a design is discontinued a replacement of equal value and style or design
is given
SPECIAL NOTE ON
FASHION RINGS
Your fashion rings are delicate. Usually designs would cost over TT $20,000 for the real thing. We suggest you wear these designs as and when you will wear a genuine TT $20,000 ring.
With constant everyday wearing there is increased likelihood of rings becoming easily scratched. Through certain day activities such as driving, excessive friction will prematurely wear out the gold
plating on the underside of the ring where it comes in contact with the steering wheel. Scratching or tarnishing on the underside of Fashion Rings are not covered by this guarantee
As a rule of thumb remove your fashion ring when you are engaged in heavy manual activities.
